From Monday I am setting myself a challenge: Over 61 days I aim to rethink my eating and physical activity attitude. I want to stop seeing chocolate, crisps and sweets as an everyday staple and keep chocolate as an occasional treat. I’ve got a long way to go, admittedly, but I need to make an effort because I want to reclaim my body and energy…

Why the 20th? Because in 8 weeks and 5 days from that date, I will be travelling to Majorca with my Aunt and Uncle to surprise Mum and Dad for their 40th Wedding Anniversary and I want to feel comfortable in my own skin, so that I can enjoy the occasion..

From Monday, I will post my progress, a breakdown of what I have eaten and what exercise I have done. I am not weighing myself first because this about seeing and feeling the difference in my clothes and energy.
